A. Qualitative Standards

A. Financial Aid Progress (PROG) –

Students who are meeting all aspects of the SAP policy and are making progress toward 完成他们的主要学习计划.

1. Under certain circumstances, students who fail to meet SAP standards and lose eligibility 申请经济资助可对取消经济资助资格提出上诉. An appeal process is not required by the Department of Education and is at the discretion of the colleges. 学生必须清楚地说明问题的原因，也必须清楚地指出 是什么发生了改变，使得学生们能够成功.
   Appeals may be considered if:

3.
